How Do You Get an Offer?

How Do You Get an Offer?

We make it quick and easy to fill out and submit a quote form on our site. Just give us your name, contact information, and details about the vehicle you want to sell and one of our representatives will get back to you as quickly as possible. If we can’t give you your asking price, we’d be more than happy to drive out and take a look at the vehicle to give you an estimate. Best of all, it makes no difference the condition your car’s in or if the engine turns over, we’ll buy it from you.

How Long Do Quotes Stand?

How Long Do Quotes Stand?

Just like the stock market, the vehicle market in Las Vegas changes on a dime from day to day. That means the initial offer you receive may change at any time, which is out of our hands. Your initial offer may remain in place for only a few minutes or several weeks, depending on the most recent market data. We can only lock in the quote you receive after you provide us with all necessary information about the vehicle and accept the offered price.

How Long Does It Take To Pick Up Your Vehicle?

How Long Does It Take To Pick Up Your Vehicle?

Unfortunately, because Vegas Cash for Cars does not take care of vehicle pickup or scheduling, we cannot provide you with a specific pickup window. That said, we’re more than happy to put you in direct contact with junk car buyers and carriers in Las Vegas so you can arrange a pickup day and time that fits your schedule. Usually, it only takes from two to four hours after finalizing all the details before we take your automobile off your hands. You may even finalize your offer and have your car picked up on the same day, but we cannot make any guarantees.

Do Customers Receive Cash or a Check for Junk Vehicles?

Do Customers Receive Cash or a Check for Junk Vehicles?

Despite our business’s name, we don’t actually pay our customers physical cash for their vehicles. Instead, the “Cash” in Vegas Cash for Cars refers to a legal tender or its cash equivalent, which includes a check. The truth of the matter is that paying customers in a check rather than cash offers more safety for junk car buyers and carriers. Not to worry, if your check bounces, we’ll take care of the full payment.

When Do Customers Get Paid for Their Vehicles?

When Do Customers Get Paid for Their Vehicles?

Whenever we pick up your vehicle, we drop off your check. To clarify, either our carrier or a Las Vegas junk car buyer issues the payment. If your schedule prevents you from being present for pickup, we’d be more than happy to send your payment through the mail. All we ask is that you make arrangements to receive your check in the mail before selling your vehicle.

Do Customers Need a Title To Sell a Car?

Do Customers Need a Title To Sell a Car?

Do Customers Need a Title To Sell a Car?Before we buy your vehicle, we need the title to verify that you legally own the car. If you do not have the title, contact one of our representatives to see whether we may accept another form of proof of ownership.

If you have the title but it’s in a deceased person’s name, we require additional documents that show you represent the vehicle’s current legal owner. If a state other than Nevada issued the title with you as the current legal owner, we still take the vehicle off your hands.

For titles with liens, we cannot pay you for the vehicle or pick it up until you clear the lien. The issuing bank must give you a lien release document, or you must have the lien stamped or signed on the title. Make sure you have the original stamped or signed lien release document when the buyer or carrier picks up your car.

Should Customers Expect Hidden Fees?

Should Customers Expect Hidden Fees?

Vegas Cash for Cars doesn’t believe in deceiving our customers, which means you don’t have to worry about us tacking on hidden fees or deducting them from your quote. We want to make the process as quick, easy, and painless as possible so you can get on with your life.
